Transport to Thomas Mills High School & Sixth Form
Thomas Mills High School & Sixth Form is proud that is attracts pupils from all over Suffolk and works with a number of organisations to support transport to and from school.
Suffolk County Council funded transport will be provided for children attending their nearest suitable school, where the distance from home to school is over the statutory walking distance; more than 3 miles from home for children aged 8 or over. Please visit Suffolk on Board for more information:- (www.suffolkonboard.com)Â
Children not eligible for SCC funded school travel, may wish to buy a spare seat on a school vehicle arranged specifically for children eligible for SCC funded school travel. Passenger Transport cannot guarantee a spare seat will continue to be available as this will depend on the number of seats needed for children eligible for SCC funded school travel. School travel capacity is re-assessed every term. This may mean that spare seats are withdrawn if more children become eligible for SCC funded school travel.
