Arbor Parent Portal and Parent App Instructions
When you visit the parent portal or use the app for the first time, use the email address you have registered with the school and click on forgotten password. You’ll then be guided on how to ‘reset’ your password so you can access the app.

Please note
Your personal email address must be registered with the school. If you attempt to register with an email address that is not recognised by the school you will not be able to register your account. If you need to update your contact details, please contact the school office on 01728 723493 or email us using inmail@thomasmills.suffolk.sch.uk for guidance on updating your contact details.
Not all of the features that may appear in Arbor have been enabled. The school will notify of any additional features as and when they are enabled.
