Year 12 Health and Social Care Students Take on the ‘Flour Babies’ Challenge!

Our Year 12 BTEC Health and Social Care students recently completed a week-long project called ‘Flour Babies’. As part of their studies on attachment theory, each student was given a “baby” made of flour to care for, treating it as if it were a real infant. This hands-on experience allowed them to explore key concepts of care, responsibility, and emotional attachment in a fun yet challenging way! A fantastic effort by all involved!
