Thomas Mills High School & Sixth Form is pleased to announce the details of our upcoming Open Mornings and Open Evening for parents and visitors interested in enrolling pupils for September 2026.
We will host a series of Open Mornings from 29th September to 3rd October, starting at 9:30 AM each day. In addition, our Open Evening will take place on Thursday, 2nd October, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The Open Mornings provide an opportunity to visit the school during a typical day. The sessions will include a presentation by Headteacher Philip Hurst followed by a tour of the school.
If you would like to attend an Open Morning, please register your interest by calling the School Office on 01728 723493 allowing us to manage visitor numbers on specific days. There is no need to register in advance for the Open Evening.
During the Open Evening, there will be numerous interactive activities for visitors. Prospective parents and visitors will be able to see the school at work and to view many of the exciting opportunities available to students. If you know of any prospective parents who would be interested, I would be most grateful if you could pass on the details of our Open Mornings and Open Evening. Students will be available to show visitors around the school and there will be an opportunity to visit lessons during the mornings. On Open Evening there will be presentations and displays of students’ work from all department areas and a range of activities.
