Thomas Mills High School & Sixth Form is pleased to announce the details of forthcoming events for both parents and visitors interested in enrolling students at the school from September 2027.
We will host a series of Open Mornings from 21st to 25th September, starting at 9:30 AM each day as well as our annual Open Evening on Thursday, 24th September, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The Open Mornings provide a great opportunity to visit the school during a typical day. The sessions will include a presentation by Headteacher Philip Hurst followed by a tour of the school and the chance to visit lessons.
If you would like to attend an Open Morning, please get in touch as soon as possible via email at inmail@thomasmills.suffolk.sch.uk. This will help us to manage visitor numbers on specific days. There is no need to register in advance for the Open Evening and of course you are welcome to attend both events.
During the Open Evening, there will be numerous interactive activities for visitors. Prospective parents and visitors will be able to see the school at work and to view many of the exciting opportunities available to students. Our students will be available to show visitors around the school and there will be presentations and displays of students’ work from all department areas as well as a range of activities. Our curriculum is wide ranging and provides an exceptional range of options at GCSE and at ‘A’ Level.
Additionally, if you know of any prospective parents who would be interested, we would be most grateful if you could pass on the details of our Open Week for their consideration.
