Prizes for Thomas Mills Grand Christmas Raffle!
The Friends of Thomas Mills raises funds to provide extra opportunities and resources for students. This year, our fundraising focus is to help cover the £9,000+ annual cost of leasing and running the school minibuses.
These minibuses are vital: they enable students to go on trips and attend sporting fixtures at a fraction of the cost of hiring external transport — helping keep costs down for parents and carers. In fact, some trips simply wouldn’t be possible without them.
Our next fundraising initiative will be a Grand Christmas Raffle, and we’re reaching out to local businesses, community members, and parents for support. If you’re able to donate a prize – big or small – it would make a real difference in helping us make the raffle a success.
We’ve attached a formal letter that can be shared with employers and local businesses, which includes more details. If you, your workplace, or a local business you know can offer a donation of any size, we would be truly grateful.
