On the afternoon of 28th September, over 190 pupils from our feeder primary schools and a further 30 from Thomas Mills High School took part in a special singing workshop. It was led by two extremely experienced professional singers who have undertaken workshops all over the UK and sing with the prestigious and world-renowned Gabrieli Consort.
They taught a series of vocal warm-ups and songs to the younger pupils, including some from year 7, and then conducted the Chamber Choir. The pupils made a fantastic sound and it was a brilliant opportunity for our feeder primary schools to come and experience music alongside pupils from Thomas Mills High School.
