An alumnus of Thomas Mills High School in Suffolk, Ewan Payne, was awarded an MBE for Service to Further Education this New Year for his Gold Medal win at the World Skills International Apprenticeship Competition in November 2022. His award was for Aircraft Maintenance skills and involved 18 months of intensive training. We are delighted to be able to congratulate Ewan on this huge success and hope to welcome him to Thomas Mills High School soon to hear more about the award and his role in the RAF.
