Year 7 Holland Trip 2024

For over 50 years, pupils from Thomas Mills High School & Sixth Form have been visiting Holland during Activities Week. This year is no exception, with most of our Year 7 pupils enjoying a fantastic time in Noordwijk. Over the five days, the pupils participate in various activities. Here is a rough idea of the itinerary:

Day 1: Coach travel to Holland, arriving in Noordwijk followed by a trip to the beach.

Day 2: Visit the Corpus Museum for an interactive experience of the human body, followed by a trip to Zaanse Schans to see how clogs are made and to admire the beautiful windmills. Afterward, pupils explore a quaint fishing village. In the evening, they can choose between the ‘Jumpin” trampoline park, beach games, or a visit to the Atlantic Wall Museum.

Day 3: A real highlight of the trip is always the Duinrell Water Theme Park.

Day 4: A big day at Efteling, the third largest theme park in Europe.

Day 5: The long journey back home.
