We’re record breakers!

On Tuesday 1st July, the hottest day of the year, Mrs Willows and our amazing Year 7s, ably helped by Mrs Bishop and Mrs Foster, joined 10,515 cooks, across 6 continents and 42 countries in an official Guinness World Record attempt — all as part of the Jamie Oliver Cookery School.

It was a day filled with passion, perseverance, energy, pasta and a love of food — and our students gave it their all.

Together, we helped smash the Guinness World Records™ title for the largest cookery lesson (in multiple venues) making us record breakers! What a fantastic achievement!

At the heart of this record attempt is a simple belief: every child, everywhere, should leave school able to cook confidently and take care of themselves — no matter what life throws at them.

Here’s to many more meals cooked and skills learnt.

Keep cooking!
