Royal Society's Young People's Book Award

Royal Society’s Young People’s Book Award: Student Judging Panel

We have twelve students this year involved in The Royal Society’s Young People’s Book Award. An adult panel have chosen six science books for them to review and judge; each book is aimed at a different age range. Saskia and Flora are taking the lead of the group as our Chairs and are ensuring that the judging criteria sent by The Royal Society is followed, making the group’s final decision accurate and fair.
The group are meeting every fortnight to analyse the books and will send their final decision to The Royal Society in February, ready for the awards ceremony in May.
