Every year at Thomas Mills High School & Sixth Form, students and staff dress up to raise money for Charity. This year’s theme for students was ‘At the Movies’, with staff and students choosing their favourite characters!
As you can see from the photos, many of the staff in particular enjoyed a chance to let their hair (or blonde wigs) down!
Not only was there a fantastic bake sale, but sixth form students also led a huge Zumba session at lunchtime. And, of course, it wouldn’t be Charity Day without the fantastic lunchtime concert. Alumni student Ed Sheeran claims his first experience of playing on a stage was at a Charity Day concert back in 2002. This year, The Mess rocked out on stage!
Well done to all our staff and students for raising a huge amount for charity!
